“To see where such a perfect product comes from and the effort that goes into producing it is inspiring. Saint Clair [Family Estate] was incredible. The family was so lovely and I felt like I left with new friends.”

Saint Clair owner Neal Ibbotson echoed Nick’s sentiments. “Nick was a pleasure to be with and we thoroughly enjoyed welcoming him and tasting his delectable dishes with our wines.”

In the Marlborough episode, Nick also heads out into the pristine Marlborough Sounds to visit a salmon and mussel farm, and uses the fresh produce to whip up more show stopping dishes on location.
